Publication Ethics

Journal of Management & Public Policy (JMPP) is committed to ensure integrity in research publications. Although the journal is not a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics, all the reviewers as well as authors of JMPP are advised to adhere to its norms accessible at https://publicationethics.org/files/International%20standards_authors_for%20website_11_Nov_2011.pdf

JMPP is an open access journal. However, the journal does not accept any article processing charges or publication fee from its authors.

JMPP follows peer review process to adjudge the suitability of an article for publication. However, interviews, book reviews, reports, and viewpoint or perspective-based articles are reviewed by the internal editorial team.

JMPP strictly follows the international norms regarding plagiarism.

Authors are expected to collect and analyse data in an objective manner and report the same in unbiased way. While collecting data, the authors are expected to ensure consent and anonymity of the respondents. Also, the authors should be willing to share research data with the reviewers as and when requested.

Authors are expected not to include anyone who has not made significant contributions in the process of preparing the manuscript. Minor contributions can be mentioned under Acknowledgement section.

Authors are responsible for integrity, reliability and validity of the works published in JMPP.

Reviewers are responsible for objective assessment of the manuscripts prior to publication in JMPP.

Editors and Publishers of JMPP are responsible for neutrality, objectivity, transparency, and due diligence in the entire publication process.

All the editorial positions in JMPP, including that of the members of the editorial advisory board are pro bono.
